  I just had my Panasonic Split system installed, and i couldn't be happier with the service provided! When i called the person who answered the phone they said they were the new owner and was very polite and helpfull.

  Absolutely terrible , I believe this company to very dishonest . I got them to check my air con and they said within 2 mins of being there that I needed a new circuit board, at the cost of $600. plus service fee. My husband who luckily is a bit savvy took the circuit board out and had it tested but a circuit board company. They said nothing wrong with the circuit board. We rang Rapidcool to let them know this thinking they will come back and re check but instead the owner rang back and was very rude and spoke very inappropriate . Told us the circuit people have no idea. My husband checked on another part which for $40 he thought would be worth trying to replace first and yes our air con is working perfectly. I have heard from other people the same complaint about the bad service from the owner.
